Songs of Passover

A Musical Celebration | by Azuza

Come celebrate Passover with us!

"In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at twilight is the Lord's Passover." Leviticus 23:5

The Lord had Israel slay the Passover lamb and apply its blood on the doorposts and the lintel. It was to be a sign for Israel. God said when He saw the blood He would pass over that house and spare the life of the first born. It is to be a permanent statute.

This CD features music of the Passover festival. Most of the songs are originals, written by Azuza, while the others are traditional songs, including Dayenu and Le-Shanah Haba'ah B'Yerushalayim. Come and join us as we praise and worship the Holy One of Israel.

It is to be a permanent ordinance

"Now this day will be a memorial to you, and you shall celebrate it as a feast to the Lord; throughout your generations you are to celebrate it as a permanent ordinance." (Exodus 12:14)

God did not mean for Israel to observe Passover for a designated period of time. It is to be celebrated forever, in remembrance of God's deliverence of Israel from Egypt.
